Directions/Location

From Belt Parkway:

1. Merge onto BELT PARKWAY EAST.
2. Merge onto NASSAU EXPRESSWAY via EXIT 19 toward RT-878 / KENNEDY AIRPORT / VAN WYCK EXPWY.
3. NASSAU EXPRESSWAY becomes ROCKAWAY BLVD.
4. ROCKAWAY BLVD becomes ROCKAWAY TURNPIKE.
5. Cross over the train tracks, pass Central Ave, and turn LEFT at the next light onto BROADWAY.
6. Drive 1.7 miles and Q. Cumbers is located on the right side of the street.
7. To utilize our parking lot in the back: Make a RIGHT turn at the first light past the store (Conklin Ave), and then an immediate right into the parking lot.

From Grand Central Parkway:

1. Merge onto GRAND CENTRAL PKWY EAST toward EASTERN L I.
2. Take the CROSS ISLAND PKWY / WINCHESTER BLVD exit- EXIT 23- toward RT-495 / ALLEY PARK.
3. Merge onto CROSS ISLAND PKWY SOUTH via the exit on the LEFT toward SOUTH SHORE.
4. Take EXIT 24A toward FRANCIS LEWIS BLVD.
5. Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on LAURELTON PKWY.
6. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto FRANCIS LEWIS BLVD.
7. Turn LEFT onto S CONDUIT AVE / SUNRISE HWY / NY-27 E / POW / MIA MEMORIAL HWY. Continue to follow SUNRISE HWY / NY-27 E / POW / MIA MEMORIAL HWY.
8. Turn RIGHT onto MILL RD.
9. At the end of MILL RD, turn RIGHT onto WEST BROADWAY.
10. Turn LEFT onto IRVING PLACE.

2. Turn onto MILL RD heading SOUTH.
3. At the end of MILL RD, turn RIGHT onto WEST BROADWAY.
4. Turn LEFT onto IRVING PLACE.
5. Turn LEFT onto BROADWAY.
6. Q. Cumbers is located on the right side of the street.
